Invoicing, Payroll are the most administrative procedures in an organization. Any disturbances in these functions can cause unwelcome irritation for both employees and administrators.
TIPS is a web-based system for Time Entry, Automatic Invoicing, Payroll Reporting, Maintain Insurance state of Employees and to generate different types of reports.
The various modules present in TIPS are:
The Security module, which has features of access control for various modules and maintain all the user information. Admin User in the application has the access privilege to these features
Vendor Client module, which has the features of maintenance of clients and an excellent feature of exporting and importing data from Quick Books.
Employee / Contractor has access privilege to their module with the features of updating their information. Consultants are a billable resource

Project Module, which links the consultant, the Client and the Vendor. It also maintains the project information. Admin user has the privilege to this module.
TimeSheet Module, which has excellent features of capturing the consultants/employees' working hours and provides reminder services
Records the hours spent /day by a consultant to provide service to the client
Approved Timesheet acts as a basis to invoice the client
Every consultant uses a timesheet supplied by the client
Timesheet can be Weekly, Bi-weekly, Semi-Monthly (twice every month) and Monthly. This frequency is based on the frequency of invoicing.
Invoice Module, which automatically generates invoices after time entry, creates PDF format of the invoice, offers manual creation of invoice, import / export data from QuickBooks
Invoice is used to bill the client and is based on the timesheet
Invoice may have one consultant or multiple consultants, based on client preference
Insurance covers a portion of the amount applied to deductible of the primary Insurance plan. The employees fax their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) sent by the Insurance carrier for their claims. Upon approval of the amount employees are paid monthly for their deductibles.
Report Module, which generates various types of reports based on the projects, timesheets, Invoice and the employees. |
