What is ON>Demand Services?
It is a pay-as-you-use model and the customers subscribe to this service for a specific period.
There is no fixed price contract with long tedious/meticulous statement of work and/or Time & Material work orders with usage commitment.
We will invest in the knowledge transfer and be available for customers ON>Demand.
All the work will be done remotely and not at customer site unless absolutely required on a need basis from time to time. The customers pay only for what they have consumed.
What Services are included?
Anything of strategic importance to assess, align and govern e.g., Roadmap, Gap Analysis, Utilization, Identifying and establishing metrics.
New Development/Rewrite/Integration etc.,
Application Support and Sustenance with ongoing portfolio management.

How customers can track their account details?
The On-Demand Services (ODS) Customer Portal is available for all our ODS customers and provides a 360-degree view of their account. From the portal, the customers will be able to view the status, view and approve timesheets, view invoices, project documentation, get in touch with their team, and generally get an overview on where their work/tasks stand at any point in time.
This portal would provide more visibility, transparency, and accessibility to the services offered on the ODS platform.
