Equal Employment Opportunity Policy
Preludesys, is committed to a policy of equal employment opportunity without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, mental or physical disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other legally protected categories, characteristics or conduct as defined by city, state and federal law.
Preludesys fully supports and complies with the requirements of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. All applicants who are offered employment with Preludesys will be required to submit documentation attesting their identity and authorization to work in the United States as requested by the applicable law. All employees of Preludesys are expected to comply with this policy.
Drug-Free Work Place Policy
The following policy statement is in accordance with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 and applies to the premises Preludesys and its clients. All full-time and part-time employees of Preludesys are prohibited from the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use of a controlled substance.In the event that an employee is found to be engaging in any of the activities above, disciplinary and /or legal action will be taken immediately. This action could take the form of a reprimand, suspension or discharge from employment and/or notifying the local authorities in order that legal action could be taken against the individual.
Every effort will be made to assist an employee known to be a substance abuser. Preludesys will refer to outside resources, social agencies, etc.
Please note: Adherence to this policy is a contractual term of employment for all full-time and part-time employees of Preludesys. |
