What is the purpose of the ERBP?
We realize that our co-workers are the best source for recruiting qualified employees for the organization. As a result, we are pleased to offer you an opportunity to refer an applicant for one of the below listed categories. If the applicant is hired FOR A FULL-TIME POSITION, you are eligible for a referral bonus of up to $1,500. There is no limit for either the number of applicants you may refer or the number of referral bonuses you receive. The rules of the program are presented below.
Who is eligible to refer applicants?
All employees of Preludesys are eligible EXCEPT FOR members of the Human Resources department and Managers with a direct reporting line relationship to the referred employee. To be eligible for payment, both the referring employee and referred employee must be actively employed at Preludesys. with no break in service. Only one (1) employee may refer an applicant. Finally, the referred employee must also remain in a full-time capacity for a period of twelve (12) months to qualify for full payment to the referring employee.
How does ERBP work?
Have the referred applicant indicate the name of the Preludesys employee on their cover letter or have it handwritten on their resume. Alternately, have the referral indicate the employee's name on the application form when they are scheduled for an interview. Once the applicant is hired, we will advise the referring employee that their referral bonus will be scheduled for processing.
How do I receive payment and what are the payment rules and schedule for referral bonus payments?
$750 after ninety (90) days of satisfactory full-time employment.
$750 after one (1) year of satisfactory full-time employment.
These amounts are subject to all applicable payroll taxes.
